Brand v. generic: Effexor and Vexamode (brand names) both contain venlafaxine (generic name). My search shows that Vexamode is only found in Egypt where you live. Ask your pharmacist if Vexamode can be ordered or gotten from other pharmacies. Also ask pharmacist if Lanvexin and Trevilor or Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) are available. These are also brand names for venlafaxine, which is what you want. I hope this helps.
