You don't need to do anything about that blood pressure besides recording it and reporting back to your PCP for medication management. Acute elevations in blood pressure do not require urgent attention unless someone is experiencing symptoms of stroke, heart attack, or heart failure. Your blood pressure is unlikely the reason for your headache, but if that symptom continues, then get evaluated.
