Call your doctor: Depends on what is being treated. Metoprolol can be used to treat high blood pressure and palpitations/rapid heart rate. The maximum daily dose for metoprolol is more than what you have taken, however i would strongly advise against taking any prescription medication other than as prescribed without consulting with your treating physician.
