: It should take it properly 1. In am before BP MEDS 2. ATTACH CUF AND WAIT 5 min. Time yourself. 3. Take 3 readings then average. Check daily till back to goal unless your Dr has given you another goal it is recommended that your home average should be less than 135/85.
