I have never heard of this and been doing HBP for 60 years. I have had a schizophrenic patient with high blood pressure due to primary Aldosteronism awhile was catatonic. Cured her HBP but not her s ohrenia

Presume your mother is at least in her seventies, and would indeed be at risk for dementia. Her numerous medications create a substantial anti-cholinergic risk, and at the least could cause substantial adverse effects. This needs a full second opinion evaluation, as suspect medication re-adjustment may potentially stabilize her.
