My mother is having auditory hallucinations which raised her blood pressure. she hears threatning voices in her head. amlodipine 5 mg metoprolol 50mg with propranolol 40 mg. for bp. and escitalopram 10mg and clonazepam 0.10 mg is it safe for her ?

Presume your mother is at least in her seventies, and would indeed be at risk for dementia. Her numerous medications create a substantial anti-cholinergic risk, and at the least could cause substantial adverse effects.
