State Medical Boards require docs to have backup when emergencies arise, but some would not consider this one. Patients are expected to keep track of their meds and give their docs a few days lead time for C2 drug refills. The same medical board can restrict or revoke a docs license if they prescribe anything to a patient they do not know for conditions they cannot verify.

Not here, as this is a general public medical education site where we do not prescribe, diagnose, manage, or treat. Medications to treat narcolepsy must be obtained directly from a personal doctor who knows you well, and will follow you appropriately. Your doctor should have an on call backup, but as mentioned, responsibility for refills is mainly the consumer's.
