Strange: I am not aware of any narcolepsy that is temporary. I would see the advice of a neurologist. If you have get a second opinion. The meds need to be adjusted because you cannot go through life in this manner.. Push the envelope and get more info and better information. Also question the manner in which the meds are given

Get second opinion: You do not list your medications or why this process commenced, but sounds like you would be best served by a careful overall reassessment, as appears the side effects are truly overwhelming. Find a second opinion.
