Measles: Well, maybe a little. You are more than likely already immune. Have you had measles? Have you had the vaccine and booster? Either way most waiting room studies shoe that is takes a 4 hour exposure, when the infected person is there. Most people in the medical world are checked for immunity, so I doubt any of the staff have it.

Not directly but...: While measles is highly contagious, the virus only lives for 2 hours outside the body. If the staff was infected they could pass it on to you even before they had symptoms, so you are not being totally paranoid though I think it is unlikely you will get it. Even if you get it, it is generally a mild self-limited illness. When I was a child everyone got measles and it was not considered a big deal.
