A staff member tested + covid19 she has not returned to work self quarantine,5 days later 3 more staff got doctors notes without testing 10 day quarantine should we have office closed for 24h and sanitized or can the 3 have no symptoms still work?

Exposed = quarantine: The office should definitely be deep cleaned/sanitized. Everybody that was exposed to the persons who tested positive needs to quarantine. After 10 days with no symptoms, they can come back.
