I have t-tubes in both ears due to eustachian tube dysfunctioni noticed fluid was draining from myleft ear today.and the fluid would dry and crust.is this normal for t-tubes? also ear hurt a little

Yes: The tubes are placed to help drain the ears and not produce a build up of fluid behind the tympanic membrane (tm/eardrum). Your tubes appear to be working. If pain is severe, worsens etc, than see your dr, best wishes.

Normal: This is exactly what the tubes are supposed to do - if you have blocked eustachian tube and some fluid in the ear, then it should drain out of the ear through the tube. Dab up what drains out, and if it gets really pussy looking, bad smelling or lots of pain, may need some antibiotic ear drops in addition. Many docs will just call these in to pharmacy for people with tubes that are draining.

T-tube problem: This is not normal and you should contact your doctor. It sounds as if you may have an allergic disease also, and talk to your doctor about that. Be sure you are not smoking tobacco or drugs.
