Last month in march i was scratched by my dog and they will give me a series of shots(4 shots), currently im in my 3rd shot and in june 16 im getting my last shot, and just today my dog scratched me again, should i go to the hospital again?

What were the shots for? You have to find out for otherwise you will worry for having a dog can entail scratching by it occasionally

Was this a domestic house dog or outside dog? I assume you were taking rabies PEP shots & if so, the initial series will protect you. Rabies is s regional risk, and your post does not tell where you are or why your dog would be a risk. Local health departments have information on the need for these shots. Any dog bite or scratch can become infected with other germs so if it looks bad get seen.
