What to do if my 87 year old mother took a flu shot the last 2 years and ended up in the hospital should she get a flu shot?

Probably yes: Not sure if she had a reaction or not. Need to d/w her primary about the risk/benefit ratio involved. At 87 yrs old and any comorbidities she may be prone to the "flu" and be worse off. Also her pneumonia vaccine should be updated as well.
