"Long covid" typically begins immediately, i.e. as the infection itself is clearing up. Having had a time with no symptoms and feeling well, you are at little or no risk of long covid. Please don't worry about it.

If you have fully recovered from COVID-19, you do not have Long-COVID-19, but if you are not vaccinated, you could encounter a new infection, which could lead to chronic issues in view of newer variants. Safest approach is to be proactive, and protect against future issues, but do not ponder complications which can be quite infrequent.
