First, I wonder why do you need to take this medication at your age? Second, you are for sure overdosed but I do not think you are in danger. Please stay in bed if you feels lightheadedness with changing position or standing up. Do not take medication without doctor's prescription and always consult your pharmacist if you are in doubt.

Yes. You should not be on Flomax unless RXed by a Urologist for some compelling reason
