Yes.: But at 43, I would ask what the indication(s) are for you to be on tamsulosin. Is it for BPH symptoms or stone disease?

Probably: If you are currently controlled for your asthma, it is not likely that flomax (tamsulosin) will have any appreciable effects on your asthma or drug regimen

Yes: Flomax (tamsulosin) is used to treat an enlarged prostate gland (a.k.a., “benign prostatic hyperplasia”). This drug does not trigger or cause asthma, so it can be safely used.
