I don't have any constipation. my bowel habit is regular and always have very soft stool and i never strain. but still i have swollen external hemorrhoid (burning and pain) which becomes bigger during bowel and smaller after that. what should i do?

Most external hemorrhoids are resolving by themselves by time if you are minimizing risk factors such as heavy lifting, prolonged sedentary lift style. At least, you are not constipated and you do not strain. If this problem bothers too much, see a surgeon who can do a simple hemorrhoidectomy with local anesthetic. Family history of hemorrhoid is a risk factor.

If they bother you enough you should have them treated. There are many relatively simpler operations now so consult a specialist surgeon. In the meantime use Sitz bath (soaking in warm water).after BM. Hope you feel better
