A member asked:

What does it mean when ones uterine cavity is foreshortened(retroversion). is it normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"Retroversion" of the uterus is just an anatomic designation for the location more towards the spine, and does not significantly have clinical importance if the uterus is otherwise normal in configuration.
