"House"cleaning time: Whenever a medical abortion is incomplete as is your case, there is a risk that the retained products of conception will get infected. Most often, a D & C (Dilation & Curettage( not "dusting & cleaning" ), is done to remove the material to prevent infection which can be serious. Ask you Abortion MD what choice is needed.
