Uterus size: anterverted, 4.7cm in a/p diameter, normal size with empty cavity please what do this mean?

Anteverted: means the uterus is tilted toward the front of your body(normal), AP diameter is the front to back measurement of the uterus, and empty cavity means there is nothing in your endometrial cavity(normal unless you are greater than 5 weeks or so pregnant, in which case the pregnancy should be visible).
