Maybe/not. Transfer of this virus requires fresh blood be transferred into a fresh wound. The virus is not tolerant to the outside environment and is not transferred like staph or strep by casual contact. If you can envision fresh blood (not 24 hr dried) being on the razor and entering your cut, you may have been exposed. Getting post exposure prophylaxis & future testing is not unreasonable.
