Can hiv transmit if a child ate apple has been cut by knive used by hiv infected person ( after cutting her finger then used same knive to cut apple ) and gave to child immediately?

Circumstances described make transmission of virus for HIV unlikely but "possible". The child should see a pediatrician for testing to be certain.

HIV is a blood to blood transmission. Only blood on knife not on child with a cut in or on mouth. If child had bleeding gums or a recent extraction than blood to blood transmission is possible.
