Have ethmoid sinus issue's, as well as other sinus issue's ct confirmed. doc wants to do balloon sinuplasty. i've read that this procedure does nothing with he ethmoid. is this correct?

Your doc may do this procedure with other sinuses but not the ethmoid sinus which usually requires endoscopic surgery. Please discuss the objective thoroughly with your ENT doctor.
