Sinus CT: Concha bullosa are common anatomic variants of bones in the nasal cavity. When they are large, they can obstruct the sinus drainage pathway and predispose to sinusitis. When small, usually of no concern. Small mucus retention cysts and mild mucosal thickening may be related to mild chronic sinusitis. However, these mild findings may not even cause noticeable symptoms.

Mild: Sinus infection of the ethmoid sinuses that has probably been there a while. The remainder of the findings are incidental and really don't have anything to do with how you feel
