You did not mention the lymph nodes' size which is an important factor besides the sonographic charaterictics. Size of the biggest lymph node and its sonographic characteristics is required for a better interpretation.

At your age lymphoma would be high on the list. I think a lymph node biopsy by a general surgeon is the reasonable next step.
