Biopsy to follow. several lymph nodes in the left groin with the largest measuring 1.6 x 0.9 cm with preserved fatty hilum, however these demonstrate a markedly lobulated contour. fevers, night sweats. infectious causes ruled out. is this concerning?

Fever and night sweats are a concern. If you have lost weight without trying, it would warrant consulting a dermatologist for an assessment. It make take removing a node and submitting the tissue for examination by a pathologist. Wish you good health!
