Nail technician left a bit of gel polish around my nail, on my skin. its already been cured/dried and it wont wash off. am i at risk for developing a skin allergy to it? should i try and use acetone to get it off?

Not likley. Should fall of as skin grows.

Leave it alone. It will fall of with normal turnover of skin cells. Acetone will only add to the injury.
