How long does it take for toes that have hard dirt between the nail and the skin to get better when you use shower gel every day?

Need to soak longer: It should come off but any hard dirt embedded in the nailbed may require pedicure support, or a footbath for a longer soak. Showers usually take shorter time than taking a bath, and longer soaks are necessary if the dirt is that hardened.
