Numbness in my pinky and ring finger on my left hand for about a month now. Starting to get pain that goes up my arm and hand cramping.

Good Evening. My 2 last fingers on my left hand are numb and now and then i would get pins and needles or cramps. Its now over 2 months but what bothers me now is that my left arm has be come weak and iam struggling to use it and iam lefthanded.
My left hand often cramps painfully for 20+ minutes and I cannot stretch it out. I also have numbness in pinkie and ring finger. What could this be?
What can cause numbness/tingling in my hands and fingers? It effects my head too, makes me feel a little cloudy. ;t gets better when I sit but standing it aggrevates, makes me feel weak...?
