Im on my covid day 6 and most symptoms are almost gone, but I noticed that my heart rate is slower. In the beginning of covid it was 120 bpm all day long and now around 70 bpm. Usually it was 80-90 bpm. Oxygen is ok. Is this normal and what to do?

Good day. Yesterday, I woke up completely washed out. I felt foggy and rested. When I did get up, my heart rate was higher than normal. I felt like I was coming down with something but when I woke this morning I was fine. Should I Covid quarantine?
Heart rate has been in the 110-125 at rest today. I do believe I have a cold, negative covid test, but my resting heart rate is usually 60-70s. Is this normal?
