If i would post my biopsy results will anyone look at it and tell me the results, please? my kappa value was 12.6 and lambda value 6. kappa/lambda ratio value is 2.1 . so doctor said he don't see anything serious but order marrow biopsy?

Possibly yes. But best to ask the person who did the biopsy to explain it to you.

About a third of the people of your age have abnormal kappa/lambda ratio. Bone marrow biopsy is overkill before doing serum and urine protein electrophoresis.

You don't provide any other clinical information such as electrophoresis result, but this is a high ratio seen in multiple myeloma.or AL amyloidosis with possibly an abnormal clone of plasma cells producing kappa light chains out if proportion to lambda light chains. I can understand why a bone marrow biopsy is recommended. Your physician or hematologist oncologist is best to advise you.
