2 yrs prior dx'd w/ lc-mgus numbers stable until revently kappa lc are now 63mg/l and flc ratio is 3.94. iga is now 8mg/dl, previously normal. other ig's normal. do i now need bone marrow biopsy? is this immuneparesis?

Hematologist: Your circumstances warrant consultation with a hematologist to ascertain the stage of the monoclonal gammopathy. There is insufficient evidence that treating early is favorable. Your hematologist may wish to do a bone scan which is less invasive than a bone marrow biopsy. Wish you good health!

Although there is kappa predominance of CD19-negative plasma cells by flow cytometry, morphologic features do not permit diagnosis of plasma cell neoplasm --Can you interpret this to me, please? Is this MGUS, SMM or MM? It is part of my BM biopsy?
