I have r. arthritis in my lower back it has moved into my spine,into my shoulder stem in to my arms. i broke my back 12 yrs ago. my doctor has been treating me for the wrong kind of pain. my back hurts,but nothing like this r.arthritis. help !!!?

"My doctor has been treating me for the wrong kind of pain", what pain or condition are you talking about? With that history, you should be under a coordinated care which should include a rheumatologist, an orthopedist and a physical therapist besides your primary care doctor. You may probably need a pain specialist as well if you have been prescribed narcotic analgesics for a long time.
