Im having a sharp pain between my spine and my left shoulder blade and it gets worse when i move my head back. moving my arm doesnt hurt at all. it feels deeper than muscle but im not sure. what could it be and is there anything i can do?

Probably muscular: If pain occurs on a specific movement, esp. if involves neck, neck spasm is most likely dx. Heart and muscle relaxants are probably best; always keeping in mind pt. general age and health (cardiac, and neurologic must also be discussed)
