What was the reason for thyroidectomy and did you have a total thyroidectomy? Are you taking thyroid supplement? What was the reason thyroglobulin and thyroid peroxidase checked with a history of total (?) thyroidectomy?

You do not need to have thyroid to have anti-thyroid antibodies. The antibodies are not a cause for concern. You doctor should monitor your TSH level to ensure and adequate dose of replacement medication.
