Thyroglobulin antibody is high, 7.8. thyroid peroxidase also high, 55. all other tsh, t3, t4 are normal range. doctor does not seemed concerned at all? am i at risk for thyroid cancer?

Only if there are thyroid nodules greater than 1cm, which are easily felt by your doctor. If there are no nodules felt, the risk may be the same as everyone else.

You are at risk of developing thyroid deficiency. Your doctor can monitor that with period test for TSH level. What you describe is not a risk for thyroid cancer.
