Thyroglobulin antibody is high, 7.8. thyroid peroxidase also high, 55. all other tsh, t3, t4 are normal range. doctor does not seemed concerned at all? am i at risk for thyroid cancer?

You are at risk of developing thyroid deficiency. Your doctor can monitor that with period test for TSH level. What you describe is not a risk for thyroid cancer.
