It is extremely rare. You can stop it- specially if you are feeling better. Drink plenty of water. Also it is always good to contact the presciber if you suspect any side effects of treatment. I hope you feel better.

Corticosteroid can rarely cause rhabdomyolysis and vice versa it has also been used to treated some severe cases of rhabdomyolysis. I am not sure why you were prescribed medrol for sinusitis so you should stop medrol and continue antibiotic only. Urine is yellow so rhabdomyolysis, if present, is mild so you should be fine. You can increase fluid intake in the next couple days.
