Hello, should i be worried about swollen axillary lymph nodes? i have a sinus infection and am on 875 mg of amoxicillin and mucinex dm. just recently my arm pits have been hurting and i'm almost positive its my lymph nodes. is there anything to be worried

Yes, : Yes, I do think you should have this medically evaluated. You may have a worsening infection. I would advise being re-evaluated by your dotor. If you have pain, vomiting, redness, fever or red streaks then you must be seen as an emergency.

Axilla isn't sinus: Axillary nodes would be really unexpected in a sinus infection. I would get these nodes checked out sooner than later, especially if they are cropping up in a scenario when you are already taking antibiotics.
