Too many infections.: 2 days of an antibiotic is not going to eradicate an infection. If in 7 days you do not feel better, see your ENT doctor. If you have more than 3-4 documented sinus infections a year and if not terribly allergic, you may be a candidate for surgery. Sinus surgery performed by a trained and experienced ENT doctor can improve your quality of life.

Few things: Can add sinus rinses and over the counter claritin-d or zyrtec-d to your regimen which will help all the mucus come out and dry you up as well.
