Too many infections.: 2 days of an antibiotic is not going to eradicate an infection. If in 7 days you do not feel better, see your ENT doctor. If you have more than 3-4 documented sinus infections a year and if not terribly allergic, you may be a candidate for surgery. Sinus surgery performed by a trained and experienced ENT doctor can improve your quality of life.
