I am trying to ask do ana intensity matters because my ana is 1:80 intensity-3+ and month ago ana was 1:100 intensity-1+ is this possible dilution goes down intensity increases or its mistake by lab?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do not have any symptoms, do not go chasing a lab value. Wish you good health!
