Had 5 ana +reflex labs within 1 year. three came back elevated (one very high) 2 normal. any particular reason for the fluctuation?

No correlation!: Anas do not correlate with disease activity. The only significance of titer is that it is more likely to be a true positive when extremely high.Anas are not followed in lupus, sjogren's, or scleroderma, like the antibbodies more specific for the disease!
