Testing is not always accurate, and should be correlated with the symptoms. Do you have a rash, joint pain, fatigue and/or weight loss? The reason for the testing may be provided. Repeat testing with autoimmune panel may be ordered by your physician.

Even accurate test results do not equate to a disease. A titer of 1:80 is not particularly meaningful considering that the starting dilution is 1:40. Talk to the doctor who ordered the test as s/he knows more about your health. Wish you good health!
