The iv nurse flushed the dried clot from yesterday and the bubbles in! i asked shouldnt you get them out not in? she said no and flushed the dry blood in! i just prayed after that but im scared. what if the clot is ciculating and getting bigger?

A dried clot in a vein is difficult to flush back in. and if you are OK many hours later that means no harm occurred. In a situation like this next time ask for another nurse if you are not happy about what a nurse is doing.
