I usually dont get a period with my iud but if my boyfriend cums inside me, dried blood with small clots or white stringy clumps come out a few days later is that normal with an iud? and if its cum how do i clean it out so that doesnt happen?

Try condoms first: Since "you usually don't get a period" it is not clear if the source of the "dried blood with small clots or white stringy clumps" is really from your cervix or possibly from his seminal fluid. If you ask him to use a condom a few times, you will perhaps notice a difference; otherwise you may need a gyn exam of your cervix/Pap test or an immediate postcoital exam by a reproductive endocrinologist
