Shoulders: Possible, but highly unlikely. Check with pcp. Venous doppler is the diagnostic study to check.

Yes: Any time you have traumatic injury you risk trauma to the arteries and veins and can risk a blood clot. If you get short of breath or have any chest pain go to the er immediately. Also see your primary care physician asap.
