Telogen effluvium should not last that long and you're too young for MPB hair loss . I strongly suspect alopecia totalis but it is quite unusual because you are not completely bald yet after 15 months. Hair loss due to post Covid syndrome (prolonged telogen effluvium) can't be ruled out because this syndrome is still too new to us. You should consult a dermatologist in your area.
