Does too many club hairs for 2 years straight with other body hair like pubic hair and etc with the same club hair mean male pattern baldness? or telogen effluvium ( i was hospitalised for a viral fever before the hair started to fall?

Sounds like you might have a telogen effluvium secondary to a bout of fever, virus, and hospitalization. Usually such a condition occurs after 3 mos of the event. Strongly suggest that you see your dermatologist for eval and advice. There is also a genetic/family history factor involved in male patterned alopecia.
