I am a 16 year old boy experienceing telogen effluvium i have no history of baldness in family , i had a viral fever and my te started ,my te is in 6th month evn now i loose hairs in below 30 per day , can i have chronic te ? is it common in boys?

It helps to know that normal individuals can lose 100 hairs each day. While severe illness can cause a sudden loss of hair, usually 2-3 months later, this abrupt loss of hair is temporary.
