I have been experiencing hairfall with white bulb for a year now , i am confused whether it ll go away or not , how do i know that it can me male pattern baldness or it maybe telogen effluvium as i suspected as i have no family baldness . i a 17 year?

You probably have alopecia areata or alopecia totalis which could be an autoimmune disease. Fortunately, most cases resolve spontaneously after 1-2 years. You are too young for male pattern baldness and the duration of your hair loss is too long for telogen effluvium.
