I ate a salmon burger 3 days ago and im allergic. i took benadryl and had no swelling. today i have scratchy throat and headache. still no hives or swelling, am i okay? do i need an er visit??

I would consider watchful waiting at home, unless you develop acutely worsening swelling in the throat/tongue, dizziness, and nausea/vomiting. Severe food reactions generally occur the same day of an exposure.
