May need allergist..: Are you always in the same place when this starts-for example, at home? This may be an allergic reaction to something you are being exposed to. For example, a new pet, different soap, new medication, etc.? There are other possibilities like a virus that will run its course and not recur. You could also have increased histamine levels. An allergy doctor could definitely help figure this out.
